Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label, which will be sent to your email address for easy printing.
Package Your Belt
Place the unworn belt in its original packaging or a secure shipping box and affix the prepaid label to the outside.
Drop Off and Process
Drop the package at any authorized carrier location; once received at our warehouse, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 3-5 business days.
